Mindset Academy

Not another course. A place where you do the work every day.

A live workshop every week. One concrete task every morning. A journal nobody sees but you. All in one place.

Antonio explains how this works — 2 minutes

Before I explain anything

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You lack clarity — you feel something needs to change, but not what exactly.
  • You know you're capable of more, but not where to grab hold.
  • Your plan survives until Wednesday.
  • You work a lot, and by Friday nothing seems to have moved.
  • You put off the thing that matters most, and knock out the small stuff instead.
  • You're on your own in this. Nobody to check with whether you're on the right track.

If you nodded at least twice, the rest of this page is for you.

Why it hasn't worked so far

You've watched all of this before, haven't you?

A video on Sunday night. The feeling that you finally get it. A notebook you opened with the best intentions.

By Wednesday nothing had changed.

It isn't you and it isn't the content. Content gets watched; change gets done — in the morning, when nobody is looking, not at night when you feel inspired.

Most programmes hand you more content. This one hands you a place to actually do something.

And if nothing changes?

A year from now you'll be in the same place — just a year older, with the same list of things you meant to do.

It won't break you. People live like that for decades and it's perfectly bearable. But you already know it could be different, or you wouldn't be reading this.

What's different

You're not asked to watch. You're asked to write one sentence.

  • A course you binge in two days
A task you finish in five minutes, every day
  • A notebook you lose
A journal that remembers where you were a month ago
  • Goals written down in January
Goals broken into steps you watch fall over
  • Motivation that evaporates
A streak you don't want to break

What you get

Six things that work together

Not a pile of tools nobody opens. Each part leads into the next — the daily task ends up in your journal, the journal links to a goal, the goal moves at the workshop.

01

You have nobody to ask when you get stuck.

A live workshop every week

Zoom, 60 minutes, with questions and answers — four times a month, not once. Not a recording from two years ago; you're in the room and you can ask.

02

In the morning you don't know where to start.

The daily task

On weekday mornings a short text arrives with one concrete thing to do. Not theory — something you finish before your first coffee.

03

What you write down gets lost — or you don't want anyone seeing it.

A journal that is genuinely yours

Entries are encrypted in the database. Nobody sees this but you — not even me. No leaderboards, no sharing, no comparing yourself to anyone.

04

Your goals sit there as wishes, with no first step.

Goals broken into steps

Four areas: career and money, health and energy, relationships, personal growth. Where you are now, where you want to be, and the next step.

05

The morning escapes before you've done anything.

No Audience — the morning routine

Six habits, a 30-day challenge, a streak that grows. The name comes from the line the whole thing stands on: success is what you do when nobody is watching.

06

You miss a session and fall out of rhythm.

Every recording, always there

Missed a session or want to go back to something — the library is there for as long as your subscription runs.

What a week looks like

Five minutes in the morning. An hour a week.

  1. Every morning

Open the app, tick off the habits you've done, read the daily task and write a few sentences. Five minutes.

  2. During the week

Move a step on one of your goals. See how your state compares to last week.

  3. Once a week

The live workshop. Ask what's actually bothering you — anonymously, if that's easier.

Who's behind this

Antonio Leitner

Fifteen years in sales and building teams. The network I built counts over 50,000 partners and half a million customers.

Not to impress you, but so you know where this comes from: a room where things were actually sold and actually built, not a book about it.

I run the workshops myself. I answer the questions myself. If something doesn't sit right, you write to me.

So neither of us wastes time

This is for you if

  • you know what you want to change, but it falls apart after a week
  • you've tried courses and realised you need a place to do the work, not more material
  • working quietly suits you — no posting, no audience
  • you can spare five minutes in the morning and one evening a week

This is not for you if

  • you want a quick fix without daily work
  • you expect someone to be motivated on your behalf
  • you need therapy — this isn't that, and doesn't pretend to be

Price

79 € / mjesečno

Before you ask

What usually stops people

Why €79 a month?+

Because that's four live workshops a month and I run them, not a recording. That works out to under twenty euros per workshop — one hour of one-to-one work costs more than a whole month here. If the amount is too much right now, the yearly plan works out to ten months instead of twelve.

I don't have time for another commitment.+

That's why the daily task is built to fit into five minutes. If that's all you have, it's enough — a streak grows on five minutes too. The workshop is weekly, and the recording stays if you miss one.

I've tried something similar and it didn't work.+

You were probably missing a place to do the work, not the material. That's why the weight here sits on the journal and the routine, with the workshop holding them together — not the other way around.

Can I cancel?+

Whenever, in two clicks, from your own account. No calls, no retention offers, no year-long contract.

What if I miss a workshop?+

The recording is usually in the library the same day. You can send your question in advance and I'll answer it even if you're not there.

Who sees what I write in the journal?+

Nobody. Entries are encrypted in the database and there is no way for me to reach them. The only thing I see is a question you deliberately send for the Q&A — and that arrives without your name.

Change doesn't happen on Sunday night.

It happens on Tuesday morning, in five minutes nobody sees. Here you have somewhere to spend them.
